If you desire a cold therapy place the eye pillow in a freezer bag and seal the bag and place it in the freezer for at least 1.5 hours before use.
If you desire a Warm therapy place the eye pillow into the microwave for 20-30 seconds. Please do a touch before placing eye pillow over the skin or eyes.
